What is “Watch Lime?”
Watch Lime is a website dedicated to sharing our love of watched with you! Lime is the color of customer service, selection and success.

Who runs this website?
Watch Lime is owned and operated by Pax Romana, LLC. But that's a pretty sterile answer, and not really what you asked. Watch Lime is run by Jake Knudsen, lover of all things round and time telling. Jake has been in the watch retail sector for nearly three years and now brings his experience and passion to you, the customers of Watch Lime.

What kind of watches do you sell?
We sell popular brands you've heard of and try to bring you new ones you haven't!

Do you have a catalog you can mail me?
We don't offer a physical catalog. Our stock rotates too much. People would be ordering things that we don't carry anymore. It would be very sad.

Why should I buy a watch from you as opposed to some other seller?
This is a serious question, especially w/ so many choices out there. I think one reason is that we really care about our customers and the quality of our service. We always try to answer your email questions within 48 hours or less (emails are generally not answered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) and we'll never leave you hanging if you have a problem (we're not perfect, but we'll get it right in the end). Another reason is that we pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. Finally, the items we sell are in stock and ready to ship- we do not rely on drop shippers. We appreciate all our customers- nothing is possible without you.

What’s the quality like on the watches you sell?
All of our watches are name brand watches and authentic!

Can I advertise on your site?

Order Status

Has my order shipped?
If all of your items were in-stock when you ordered, and you ordered more than 2 business days ago, your order has probably been shipped. If some of the items were actually not in stock, it is possible that your order has been delayed (If there is a delay with your order you will generally receive an email). You can also log into your account (the account link is visible in the top right hand corner of the website). Click "view order status" in the welcome box (top left of the website below the logo).

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to change any quantities or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
After shipment a tracking number is sent to the email you provided when you placed your order. The email will be sent to the email address used to register with us when your order was placed. Increasingly our confirmation emails are rejected by ISP filters. Please make sure emails from us are not blocked.

Order Questions

How do I work my watch?
All watches are different so this isn't a question we can answer easily. After reading the instruction manual, if you still have questions you may contact us.

My order never arrived.
It is possible that your order was delayed if some of the items were actually not in stock. For further assistance, please contact customer service with your order number.

An item is missing from my shipment.
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact our customer service department for assistance. Please have your order number if possible.

An item in my order is broken.
If an item in your order is broken, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the item.

I received the wrong item.
If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the item.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 7 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact customer service.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in brand-new condition. There is a 10% restocking fee to offset lost shipping and credit card fees and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued by the same method you paid. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs (unless the mistake is ours and the buyer requests a refund). We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Can I exchange an item if I don't like it?
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 10 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact customer service. There are no restocking fees for exchanges (although shipping charges do apply). We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

How do I return an item?
If you need to make a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization. They will give you further instructions about how to ship your item back.

My Account

How do I create an account?
1) Add an item to your cart
2) Click the "View Cart" button
3) Click the "Secure Checkout" button below your cart
4) Enter your email address.
5) Select "No, I am a new customer."

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information? 1) Add an item to your cart
2) Click the "View Cart" button
3) Click the "Secure Checkout" button below your cart
4) Enter your email address.
5) Select "Yes, I have a password:"

Then enter your password. You will be able to alter your information at the checkout screen. Simply click on the "Change" link next to any piece of information you wish to change.

I forgot my password. If you forgot your password click on the "My Account" link visible in the top right on the website. Then click the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions.

Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50, and only $1.50 for each additional watch. We also offer FREE shipping on select watches, just looking for the "Free Shipping Certified" Stamp.

When will my order ship?
Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days. If you have paid for expedited shipping your order will usually ship the same day (no later than the next business day) (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays). If your item is not in stock, we will email you.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Standard delivery to anywhere in the continental USA should take 4 days or less. If you want expedited shipping, just contact us and we can quote you a price. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to an additional week.

Do you ship internationally?
Sure- Just contact us for rates.

Low Price Guarantee
While we strive to have fair pricing there are sometime a few good deals that have our prices beat. We will be glad to match any advertised price on another website (this must be a fully functional website- not a static HTML page with a "call us!" message). We're not going to screw around and play games though- if you email us for a price match we'll do it (if we can). But if you email us again with a "Well the other guy says now he'll go down to such and such" we're not up for it. You need to send us the item info and the UTL (website address) of the competitor's item and price. Please remember our prices include shipping and most other websites do not. Also, the competition must have the item in stock (not "available soon", not "drop shippable", etc.)

What forms of payment do you take?

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Money Orders or Checks: We gladly accept all types of money orders and personal or business checks (we do not accept cash). Checks take between 5 and 10 days to clear. Please contact us to make sure the item you are interested in is in stock. Send checks or money orders to:

If you are located in Utah you will have to pay sales tax.

You can log into your account (the account link is visible in the top right hand corner of the website). Click "view order status" in the welcome box (top left of the website below the logo). You can then click on any order you have placed and see the invoice.

When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of your order. Your card will not be actually charged until your order ships. In some cases we require prepayment (i.e. a special order) and you will be charged as soon as you place the order.
