Terms and Conditions- use of our website and the purchase of products from our web store constitutes agreement with our terms and conditions set fourth below. Blade Play International Orders: If you would like to place an order from Watchlime and you reside outside of the USA please contact us directly by emailing orders@bladeplay.com. Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout. You can click HERE for more information concerning international shipping. International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, or customs seizures. We cannot falsify customs forms.
Errors on this site, Server downtime and Site Updates We will update the site when we are able. Because site development is ongoing we encourage you to email us with any ideas or suggestions. We will take them into consideration when possible. As a general rule we’ll try and update the site at least one time each week. Watch Warranty All watches come standard with a manufacturer's warranty. All watches for sale are genuine- we do not sell replicas of any kind. For warranty issues after 10 days please contact the manufacturer of the watch. Before 10 days contact us and we will provide you with warranty service directly. Returns and Exchanges As of Feb 18, 2004 our return policy has changed due to some abuse of our previously overgenerous system. All orders after February 18, 2004 will be held to this new policy. Returns are accepted, as long as they are done within 10 days. You are responsible for shipping your order back to us in the same condition you received it in. All returns on non-defective merchandise may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.. Once we receive the return we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the way your payment was received (i.e. if you paid with Visa, your Visa card will be refunded the order price less 10%). Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs (unless the mistake is ours and the buyer requests a refund). Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 10 days. There are no restocking fees or additional charges for an exchange. Change and Cancellation Policy If you order the wrong item (s) you may change your order up until the time the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped if you wish to change an item you must follow the guidelines in the return & exchange section (above). If you would like to cancel your order you may do so up until the time the order has shipped. Once an order has been mailed you must follow the guidelines in the return & exchange section (above). You can contact us about a change or cancellation via email or telephone (801-768-2303). If you choose to send an email you must use “order change” or “order cancellation” in your email subject to make sure the email is directed to the correct department so the change or cancellation can be implemented before the order ships.
